Everyone who has already a Home Loan with ANZ can apply for the new ANZ Good Energy Home Loan top up to a maximum of $80,000 for 3 years on 1% p.a., to get any of the below upgrades for a healthier and more energy efficient home:

A fixed single-split heat pump system, multi-split heat pump system or a ducted heat pump system for heating your home.

Positive or balanced pressure ventilation systems, including heat recovery options.

Portable, single-phase wall mounted or three-phase wall mounted electric vehicle chargers.
What you need to know
ANZ will require a quote for both the supply and installation from a company that supplies and installs the solution as a normal part of their business and an installation date.
